Our Spare Parts Department offers you fast and
efficient delivery of SINUMERIK®, SIMODRIVE® and
ACRAMATIC® products via Door-to-Door, Overnight, Hold
for Pick-up or Standard Transportation methods.
To serve your needs, Siemens stocks over 20,000
items at its warehouses. This enables us to get spare
parts to you quickly.

We give you a choice on
your spare parts requirements
There are three
methods to choose from for obtaining spare parts:
- Outright purchase
- Exchange
- Repair and return for exchange or repair orders
For exchange or repair orders, Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) number is required to start your
processing. Simply call us; our experienced staff will
expedite your order, including critical same-day or next-day
delivery.
Ordering Information
You will
need:
- Control type
- Part number
- “Ship To” address
- “Bill To” address
- PO Number
If your request concerns a control or
individual part currently under warranty, you will also need
the control serial number or PO the individual part was
purchased under. A purchase order will be required for
tracking purposes only. No charges will be applied to a
warranty purchase order with the exception of special shipping
and handling charges for counter-to-counter or door-to-door
deliveries, or damage to the part not covered under warranty.
If your request concerns a new control, motor or drive
system under warranty contact your OEM.
Note:
For after-hours service, a separate surcharge over and above
the parts price and freight charges will be applied.
Express Motor Delivery
If you have a machine down or need a
motor replaced right away, Siemens can provide off-the-shelf
motor delivery within 24 hours. Depending on your
configuration, new standard/core motors are pre-assembled and
stocked, and can be re-configured to meet your urgent needs.

Our factory-trained
technicians are qualified on all Siemens SINUMERIK®,
SIMODRIVE® and ACRAMATIC® machine tool products. We have
complete, fully-equipped repair facilities that can
handle your repair requirements.
